• Give you reliable information about Build Warranty.

• Keep you informed of construction timescales, legal completion and the handover of your Orchard Home.

• Ensure that the functions and facilities of your new home are demonstrated to you.

• Inform you of the after sales service Orchard Homes will provide on completion.

Warranty

We have faith in the build quality of your new home and so should you. To reinforce this, you will will benefit from a ten year structural warranty, with the first year of this cover being provided by Orchard Homes. The full details of this cover will be in your own warranty documents which you will receive through your solicitor or legal conveyancer.
